Centene is seeking an Endpoint Security Engineering Manager to lead engineering, policy implementation, and platform health across the enterprise. This role directs the team responsible for endpoint protection technologies, deployments, and incident response, partnering with capability stewards for strategic direction.

The successful candidate will drive risk-based decisions, advance capabilities, and ensure production readiness while coordinating with security, IT, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or equivalent via accomplishments.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of endpoint security engineers and set priorities.
• Ensure reliable operation of endpoint security platforms and services.
• Advance capabilities across prevention, detection, visibility, and control enforcement.
• Oversee security platform ownership including EDR, AV, ASR, policy management, and telemetry.
• Manage endpoint security projects with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Support governance, risk management, and audits; document standards and practices.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers and drive improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned and uphold policy compliance.
