Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in security engineering or operations.
• Experience leading endpoint security programs and teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery and capability advancement of endpoint security.
• Oversee policy implementation, platform health, and runbooks.
• Manage backlog, technical debt, and service health metrics.
• Partner with infrastructure, architecture, and security operations teams.
• Drive risk-based decisions and ensure measurable security outcomes.
