Job summary

WNC Corporation in Texas seeks an IT professional to manage endpoints, enforce security policies, and coordinate with global IT teams. The role focuses on Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, patch management, and incident response within a manufacturing environment.

You will maintain devices across the site, deploy software, monitor alerts, and ensure compliance with corporate cybersecurity standards, collaborating with HQ IT.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, endpoint management, or cybersecurity operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, endpoint management, and desktop troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with endpoint security technologies such as EDR, antivirus, encryption, vulnerability management, and patch management
• Experience with IT service management and ticketing systems is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Good English communication skills and ability to coordinate with headquarters and regional/global IT teams

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and other endpoint devices across the manufacturing site.
• Implement endpoint configuration standards, software deployment, patch management, antivirus/EDR, encryption, and security policies.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, password policies, and authentication services in accordance with corporate standards.
• Implement and maintain corporate cybersecurity policies and controls at the site level.
• Monitor endpoint and security alerts and coordinate with the corporate Security / IT team for investigation and response
