Global Enterprise Services, Llc is seeking an experienced Tier 3 Service Desk Engineer to provide advanced technical support for enterprise endpoint migrations.

The role requires an active Secret security clearance, will involve Windows endpoint troubleshooting, and collaboration with Endpoint Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Service Desk teams to ensure a stable end-user experience during migration activities.

Formación

• Experience providing Tier 3 / advanced technical support in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting with Windows endpoints and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with endpoint deployment and migration technologies (Intune, MECM/SCCM, Autopilot).
• Ability to analyze logs and diagnose complex issues across networks and applications.
• 8570 compliant and able to work in security-sensitive environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 3 support for endpoint migration, deployment, provisioning, and post-migration stabilization.
• Troubleshoot complex Windows endpoint issues including OS, drivers, apps, and authentication.
• Support migration activities: device replacement, OS upgrades, hardware refreshes, and user cutover.
• Investigate failures, provide escalation guidance, and document runbooks.
• Collaborate with Endpoint Engineering and other teams to identify root causes and remediation.
• Support endpoint management platforms such as Intune, MECM/SCCM, Autopilot.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services and endpoint-related applications and VPN access.
• Assist with endpoint security controls, encryption, and policy troubleshooting.
• Develop technical documentation and runbooks; analyze incident data for trends.
• Coordinate migrations, after-hours support, and vendor escalations as needed.
• Ensure incidents and service requests are documented per ITSM processes.
