Job summary

LTS is seeking a System Administrator – Endpoint Engineering in Albany, NY to manage and support enterprise Windows endpoints and device management systems.

You will deploy updates, enforce compliance, and troubleshoot issues to maintain a secure endpoint environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline.
• 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• 4-7 years of experience engineering robust solutions for large-scale deployment of software using OS deployment technologies such as MECM.
• 4-7 years of experience providing SCCM administration and patch management support services for enterprise servers and client workstations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise Windows endpoints, device management systems, and endpoint security tools.
• Maintain operating system configurations.
• Deploy updates and software, enforcing compliance, and ensuring device performance.
• Troubleshoot, log analysis and debugging to quickly resolve user reported issues and maintain a secure, reliable endpoint environment.
