Job summary

GDIT is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer in the Washington, DC area to manage the full lifecycle of endpoint devices, including Windows and macOS. Responsibilities include OS imaging, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and Tier 3 support.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of IT experience with endpoint management, and Top Secret clearance with US citizenship. Onsite with possible hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience focusing on client/endpoint management.
• Experience imaging, patching, and vulnerability remediation for Windows/macOS.
• Top Secret clearance and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of endpoint devices for performance, reliability, and security.
• Perform OS imaging and deployment for Windows and macOS.
• Apply patches and security updates via endpoint management tools.
• Provide Tier 3 support and maintain documentation.
