Job summary

Lennar, a leading homebuilder, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for Endpoint Engineering in Miami, FL. You will lead planning, implementation, and support of enterprise endpoint management and VDI, spanning Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

You will manage Intune, AVD/Citrix/VMware Horizon, enforce security baselines, automate provisioning with PowerShell, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with security and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering and endpoint management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for MDM/MAM.
• Hands-on experience with VDI platforms (AVD, Citrix, or VMware Horizon).
• 3+ years scripting in PowerShell or Python for endpoint automation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, and DLP.
• Strong AD/Entra ID knowledge, GPOs, and Conditional Access.

Responsibilities

• Lead endpoint management, VDI, and security baseline initiatives.
• Administer and optimize Intune enrollment, policies, and app deployment.
• Oversee patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with security, network, and apps teams.
• Develop runbooks and maintain system documentation.
• Support BYOD and corporate device programs with policy enforcement.
