Job summary

Seargin Ltd is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to drive configurations for ConfigMgr and Intune in a large enterprise. You will lead co-management, build advanced task sequences for Windows 11, and manage Win32 provisioning workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager in large enterprise environments supporting 10,000+ managed devices.
• Proven Windows migration experience including deployment waves, readiness validation, rollback processes, and hypercare support.
• Hands-on co-management delivery experience with workload transitions and client-side troubleshooting.
• Strong experience building SCCM task sequences, BIOS-to-UEFI conversion, driver management, and Windows 11 deployment projects.
• Experience creating and managing Intune Win32 applications, detection methods, requirement rules, dependencies, and provisioning workflows.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting with Microsoft Graph automation across Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and optimize co-management environments, including workload transitions, pilot collections, client settings, and Cloud Management Gateway deployments.

Senior Endpoint Engineer (ConfigMgr and Intune)

• Configure, manage, and optimize co-management environments, including workload transitions, pilot collections, client settings, and Cloud Management Gateway deployments.
• OS Deployment & Task Sequences
  • Design, build, test, and maintain advanced task sequences supporting Windows 11 deployments, rebuild scenarios, and Autopilot handover processes.
• Win32 Application Packaging
  • Package, test, and maintain Win32 applications required for provisioning, including security agents, VPN clients, certificates, and endpoint management components.
• Migration & Transition Orchestration
  • Develop and manage transition workflows, workload migrations, PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation, and phased deployment strategies.
• Design, test, and execute rollback procedures while performing reconciliation across Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and SCCM environments.
• Manage pilot deployments, production rollout waves, hypercare activities, and deployment optimization for large-scale endpoint transformation programs.
• PowerShell & Automation Development
  • Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to support deployment, provisioning, reporting, and operational processes.
• Performance & Infrastructure Optimization
  • Implement deployment optimization strategies, including Delivery Optimization, Connected Cache, and bandwidth management for distributed environments.
• Documentation & Operational Readiness
  • Produce technical documentation, build notes, runbooks, standard operating procedures, support guides, and readiness evidence required for operational handover.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, cloud specialists, security teams, and operations teams to ensure successful endpoint deployment outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager in large enterprise environments supporting 10,000+ managed devices.
• Windows Migration Experience
  • Proven experience planning and executing large-scale Windows migration programs, including deployment waves, readiness validation, rollback processes, and hypercare support.
• Co-Management Delivery
  • Hands‑on experience implementing and supporting co‑management solutions, workload transitions, rollback procedures, and client‑side troubleshooting activities.
• OS Deployment & Task Sequences
  • Strong experience building SCCM task sequences, including BIOS‑to‑UEFI conversion, driver management, firmware deployment, and Windows 11 rollout projects.
• Experience creating and managing Intune Win32 applications, detection methods, requirement rules, dependency chains, and provisioning workflows.
• PowerShell & Microsoft Graph
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting skills combined with practical Microsoft Graph automation experience across Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management solutions.
• Experience designing endpoint deployment automation, migration orchestration processes, and scalable provisioning workflows within enterprise environments.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
  • Experience creating operational procedures, implementation documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials for support and operations teams.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities related to endpoint management, deployments, client health, migration issues, and automation failures.
• Fluent English with the ability to communicate effectively with architects, operational teams, stakeholders, and international project teams.
