Job summary

UC Davis Health is seeking a Policy Analyst 3 to provide high-level support in endowments and gift systems and policy analysis to donors and frontline development staff. You will assist with gift agreements, endowment processes, and documentation, ensuring compliance with UC policies and applicable laws.

You will collaborate with the Gift Agreement and Endowment Coordinator, produce concise reports and briefings, and help implement program improvements in a highly customer-service oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Donor Bill of Rights, CASE and ADRP donor relations and stewardship.
• Experience tracking financial data for gifts, endowments, and expenditures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare concise summaries and reports for donors and leadership.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues and university leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and policy guidance on gift agreements and endowments.
• Assist with endowment portfolio support and gift processing.
