Job summary

University of California- Davis Health seeks a Project Policy Analyst 3 to provide high-level support for endowments, gift systems and policy analysis within Health Sciences Development and Alumni Relations. You will back the Gift Agreement and Endowment Coordinator and liaise with frontline staff and stakeholders across the UC Davis Health Campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Donor Bill of Rights, CASE and ADRP donor relations and stewardship.
• Experience recording and tracking financial data related to gifts and endowments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize data into concise summaries and reports for donors and leadership.
• Ability to establish trusted relationships with colleagues and leadership.
• Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills; familiarity with query tools.
• Ability to develop analytical frameworks for policy issues.
• Ability to plan and implement new programs and policy changes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; project management experience.

• Gifts Processing: oversee and document gift transactions and documentation.
• Endowment Portfolio Guidance: support management and reporting of endowments.
• Gift Agreements: provide guidance on donor agreements and related policies.
