Job summary

St Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Senior Endoscopic Technician for a full-time day shift. You will assist with procedures and support the Endoscopy Service under supervision.

The role involves cleaning and disinfecting equipment, room turnaround, stocking supplies, reporting maintenance needs, and performing clerical duties as needed. Requires BLS and GI/Endoscopy experience.

Qualifications

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association is required.
• 2 years GI/Endoscopy Tech experience.
• 1 year GI/Endoscopy Tech experience as Endoscopy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Assist with procedures in the Endoscopy Service.
• Clean and disinfect endoscopic equipment.
• Handle room turn around and cleaning between cases.
• Order and stock supplies for the Endoscopy suite.
• Report maintenance needs for equipment and facilities.
• Perform clerical duties as needed.

Senior Endoscopic Technician - Full Time, Day shift at St Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA.

Working under the supervision of the Endoscopy Nurse Manager and Endoscopy RN, the technician provides assistance or support in all activities of the Endoscopy Service. These duties include but are not limited to, assisting with procedures, cleaning and disinfecting equipment, room clean-up and turn around, ordering and stocking supplies, reporting the need for maintenance of equipment, and clerical duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:
