Job summary

Providence Facey Medical Foundation in Mission Hills, CA, is seeking a capable medical assistant or equivalent to support GI physicians in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the GI lab. You will deliver safe, efficient patient care in a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Required: graduate of an accredited program for medical assistants, nursing assistants, or surgical technicians; BLS within 30 days of hire; at least 3 years of GI/Endo experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for medical assistants, nursing assistants or surgical technicians or equivalent.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 3 years GI / Endo experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist GI physicians in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the GI lab.
• Provide safe and efficient patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to achieving quality patient outcomes.

• 5 yearsHealth Care experience in a GI lab.
