Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in enterprise end-user computing or desktop engineering.
• Active Secret Clearance and ability to work on government programs.
• Experience leading complex endpoint architecture projects across distributed enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of standardized operating environments for end user devices using automation and IaC across 350+ facilities.
• Enable rapid provisioning and deployment of standardized endpoint configurations for 70,000+ workstations via automated imaging and zero-touch deployment.
• Design local infrastructures ensuring sufficient capacity, offline capabilities, and continuity during disconnected communications at remote facilities.
• Ensure end user environments meet DOS and DT security requirements with STIGs and encryption standards.
• Lead evaluation and recommendations of new endpoint hardware, software, and cloud services with PoC testing.
• Support modernization efforts including cloud-managed endpoints, VDI, and unified endpoint management.
