Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant programming or analytical experience.
• Experience in a data warehouse environment with large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills within and across teams.
• Claims/Encounters experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Write simple to complex SQL queries, procedures, and reports for data analysis.
• Proactively define, develop, and implement system enhancements to support goals.
• Develop and execute test scripts; report outcomes or defects.
• Write and modify SQL queries; interpret results and conduct root cause analysis.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
