Job summary

ICE Mortgage Technology is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to drive adoption, optimization, and deployment of our solutions. You will design, build, and deliver solutions for customers’ critical business functions, and help develop requirements, specifications, process flows, and configuration.

Required: Mortgage Banking or Financial Services technology experience, strong project management skills, status reporting, and effective communication. Encompass experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Mortgage Banking or Financial Services technology experience required.
• Project Management skills, including status reporting, project documentation, issue resolution, time management and project communication required.
• Encompass experience required; Encompass Administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver solutions for customer’s critical business functions.
• Adhere to and promote best practices and design guidelines.
• Utilize ICE Mortgage Technology’s solutions automation to streamline customer processes.
• Identify project issues and risks, then present alternatives and solutions to resolve them.
• Recommend features and improvements to optimize and increase the use of ICE Mortgage Technology solutions.
• Maintain relevant expertise in the mortgage industry.
• Up to 50% travel availability.
