Cornerstone University seeks a Product Manager Architect, Enablement Experiences to define and own the enablement platform roadmap, architecture, and integration strategy. Qualifications

• 10+ years in learning technology or enterprise SaaS, with platform ownership.
• Experience owning a multi-platform learning ecosystem.
• Accountable for vision, architecture, and roadmap across learning platforms.
• Product management depth: discovery, prioritization, road mapping, business cases, build vs. buy decisions, and adoption metrics.
• Track record of large-scale multi-system implementations or consolidations.
• Deep integration experience with Salesforce CRM, REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and SSO (SAML/OIDC).
• Hands-on LMS experience, preferably Cornerstone or similar.
• Experience shipping AI-powered experiences in production.
• Ability to set strategy independently and communicate at executive level.
• Experience with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the platform vision and multi-year roadmap for the Cornerstone University ecosystem (learning platforms, community, knowledge base, certifications, events, in-product learning, and AI experiences).
• Map the current learning landscape, data flows, identity, content, search, and handoffs to identify friction, fragmentation, and cost.
• Run continuous product discovery with customers, partners, Customer Success, Services, and Support.
• Prioritize by business impact and say no clearly.
• Lead build-vs-buy decisions and platform vendor strategy, backed by business cases.
• Evaluate vendor roadmaps and market shifts in customer education and community platforms.
• Present the platform roadmap, investment cases, and trade-offs to executives in clear business language.
• Define the target-state architecture and standards for the learning ecosystem, including data models, integration patterns, identity/SSO, content/search, and security.
• Own the shared taxonomy and metadata framework for products, skills, roles, audiences, content types.
• Instrument the ecosystem: learning telemetry, data pipelines, and AI retrieval; ensure global accessibility and localization.
• Lead integrations with learning platforms, Salesforce, and Gainsight; manage delivery programs and change management.
