Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a trial lawyer in Downtown Los Angeles to handle labor and employment cases at a high level. You will take and defend depositions, draft and argue motions, and manage pleadings, discovery, and trial strategy.

The role offers a base salary in the $120,000–$200,000+ range with a 4–5% performance bonus based on awards or settlements, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will work closely with clients and senior attorneys onsite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of labor & employment experience.
• California Bar license required.
• FEHA experience preferred.
• Deposition and motion experience.
• Strong writing and courtroom communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles.
