Qualifications

• 6+ years of civil litigation experience at senior associate or junior partner level.
• Experience with evidentiary hearings and/or trials.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida or Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cases involving non-compete, non-solicit, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Represent clients in trade secret disputes and employee rights matters.
• Conduct evidentiary hearings and trials, with preference for injunction experience.
• Collaborate within practice groups to ensure depth across matters.
