Senior Employment Litigation Associate or Of Counsel | Fully Remote, Los Angeles | $260,000 and up

By your second year in this seat you'll know which of the client's sites still keeps its time records on paper and which of their managers can be trusted in a deposition and which can't.

You'd know because there's only one client, a big multinational with enough employment litigation to fill your week by itself, and you'd carry their cases from the complaint to whatever ends them. It's fully remote, it starts at $260,000 with room above it, and the title is senior associate or Of Counsel, whichever matches where you are now.

Most litigators spend the first hour of every new file learning about a company they'll have forgotten by spring. Here the learning stacks up. The third discrimination case from the same business goes faster than the first one did, you stop asking what the handbook said three years ago because you were there, and somewhere in year two their in house team stops briefing you and starts asking what you think.

The work itself is what six years of employment litigation will have you expecting. Drafting pleadings and answering them, running discovery, taking and defending depositions, and seeing each matter through to the end, so nobody hands you a case halfway through with a sticky note on it.
