Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required; licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in employment litigation is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and draft memoranda, motions and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities.
• Draft position statements and dispositive motions.
• Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues and manage client relationships in a national practice.
