United Future invites an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join its Irvine office. The role targets 4–7 years of relevant litigation experience and offers a high‑caliber practice with substantial case responsibility.

The attorney will handle discovery, motions, depositions, and client communications within a sophisticated labor & employment team, with competitive compensation ($250,000–$300,000 base) and a strong path to ownership.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of employment litigation experience.
• Substantive wage-and-hour or discrimination/harassment experience.
• Class, collective action and/or PAGA experience.
• Deposition experience.
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills.
• California Bar admission and a ABA‑accredited J.D. from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in complex employment litigation throughout the lifecycle of a case.
• Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings; prepare and argue motions.
• Take and defend depositions and assist with strategic case management.
• Communicate directly with clients and collaborate with senior attorneys.
