Qualifikationen

• 4–7 years of employment litigation experience.
• Substantive wage/hour and/or discrimination/harassment litigation.
• Class, collective action and/or PAGA experience.
• Deposition experience required.
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills.

Aufgaben

• Represent employers in complex employment litigation throughout cases.
• Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings, file motions.
• Take and defend depositions, manage case strategy with clients.
• Communicate with clients and supervise matters as independence grows.
