Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Employment, Labor Law and PAGA experience, preferably defense litigation.
• Experience managing written discovery and preparing for depositions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a high-volume caseload from inception through resolution.
• Prepare client reports, both formal and informal.
• Handle all aspects of litigation including court appearances and legal research.
• Conduct fact investigations and interface with expert witnesses.
