You will manage discovery, draft motions, take depositions, and coordinate with senior attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining excellent client communication and case management.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree required.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• 6+ years of employment defense litigation experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and advocacy.
• Experience handling discovery for complex matters.
• Knowledge of evidentiary objections in discovery.
• Excellent time management and deadline-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery.
• Draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions.
• Proactively manage client communications throughout litigation.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients and compliance with case management.
