Job summary

Richemont is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel–Employment to manage employment-related matters across the Americas from its New York City office. This role requires balancing multiple legal projects while providing strategic legal advice to HR and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience and a J.D. from a recognized law school.

The position entails managing sensitive employment issues, developing policies, and providing legal guidance, with a focus on fostering collaboration and legal excellence within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of employment law experience, ideally in law firm and in-house roles.
• Must be a member of at least one state bar in good standing, NY preferred.
• Experience in retail or consumer products industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employment law matters across the Americas region.
• Partner with HR on employee complaints and investigations.
• Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements.
