Job summary

Qualifications

• JD with active Texas license; 10+ years of health-law experience.
• Experience representing a complex health system is preferred.
• Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, ERISA and related employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead employment and benefits legal strategy across Methodist Health System.
• Advise on HR policy, wage-hour compliance, and regulatory investigations.
• Manage employment-related litigation and EEOC matters; respond to demand letters.
• Collaborate with HR, physician strategy, operations, and Compliance on policy development.
