Job summary

The Murthy Law Firm seeks an attorney with 3+ years of employment-based immigration experience to join a high-caliber team with strong legal and administrative support. The ideal candidate will supervise paralegals and staff, demonstrate in-depth knowledge of U.S.

immigration law, and be prepared for a collaborative and demanding environment. A detailed evaluation of knowledge will be part of the interview process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in employment-based immigration law.
• Strong knowledge of IV/NIV processes (H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-1/E-2/E-3) preferred.
• Ability to supervise paralegals and support staff.
• Experience with EB-5 cases is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
