Orion Placement is seeking a seasoned employment attorney in Los Angeles for a boutique practice focused on helping California businesses navigate complex workplace issues.

You will work on employment litigation, PAGA and class action defense, and conduct workplace investigations, while advising clients with practical, business-minded guidance. A hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work supports a flexible, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Working knowledge of California employment law.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in employment litigation and related civil litigation matters.
• Handle wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour claims, PAGA, class actions, and other disputes.
• Provide day-to-day advice and counsel on employment law and workplace issues.
• Conduct and assist with workplace investigations and advise clients on next steps.
