Axiom Law is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to join the People Team in Chicago. This senior individual contributor role will manage employee relations matters for our legal talent and help develop People policies, practices, compensation initiatives and other programs that support our employees and business.

Based in Chicago, you will partner with Legal Talent, Talent Success Partners and other stakeholders to resolve complex workplace matters, conduct investigations, coach managers, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR/employee relations experience.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of US employment practices.
• Experience supporting a distributed workforce is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage complex employee relations matters for Legal Talent.
• Lead investigations and document findings with recommended actions.
• Partner with People leadership and Legal counsel on final decisions.
• Coach managers on performance management and difficult conversations.
• Maintain confidential case documentation and governance.
• Identify recurring themes and suggest policy improvements.
• Contribute to global People initiatives and compensation review processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
