Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager to lead complex ER work across the organization, partnering with business leaders to guide fair, compliant outcomes and shape ER practices through projects and data-driven recommendations.

The role involves collaborating with senior HR colleagues to strengthen case management standards and support effective decision-making across the business. Remote-US based with no visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, human resources, or a related subject.
• 8+ years of experience in employee relations or HR business partnering.
• 1+ years of team leadership experience.
• 3+ years handling employee relations cases.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, GPHR, CIPD, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business managers on complex employee relations cases
• Advise on formal processes per company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Serve as a second review for team cases to ensure consistency
• Approve terminations within the business area
• Lead employee relations projects and initiatives
• Coordinate with senior ER team members for compliance
• Deliver upskilling programs for leaders globally
• Analyze case metrics and provide business-focused recommendations

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead complex employee relations work across the organization, partnering closely with business leaders to guide fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes. The position will also help shape employee relations practices through projects, leadership development, and data-driven recommendations. In addition, this person will collaborate with senior HR colleagues to strengthen case management standards and support effective decision-making across the business.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $135,000 annually
