BlueOval Battery Park Michigan, backed by Ford Motor Company, seeks an experienced Human Resources leader to launch and guide a new manufacturing facility. You will spearhead business strategy, employee relations, and HR processes across a growing team, fostering trust and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Expect to manage complex HR matters, align with partners on HR delivery, and drive continuous improvement in people programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 6+ years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Flexibility to work across day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and guidance to BlueOval Battery Michigan team including planning, development, launch and implementation of business strategy
• Assist in aligning HR processes to enable competitive Battery Manufacturing framework and positive employee experiences
• Support strategic alignment with partners on the HR Delivery Model while driving process improvements and efficiencies
• Assure the quality of HR programs and processes including engagement surveys
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support Company and Employee Relations goals
• Advise on complex HR matters from inception to resolution
• Provide support to Talent Acquisition, Workforce Development, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, HR IT, etc.
