Job summary

Responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance, policy interpretation, and collaborating with unions and HR teams to address complex issues and implement improvements across Adventist Health system.

Qualifications

• Five years of employee and labor relations experience.
• Labor contract interpretation and policy guidance.
• Ability to lead investigations and advise management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and resolves system-wide employee & labor relations matters.
• Investigates escalated complaints and prepares fact-finding reports.
• Advises management and partners with HR across Adventist Health system.
• Administers labor relations programs and interprets collective bargaining agreements.
• Provides training to managers on employment law and policy.
