Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• Experience supporting audits, surveys, and complex reporting.
• Proven performance in earlier role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and resolve highly sensitive investigations with stakeholders.
• Perform exit interviews and provide data-driven reports highlighting trends.
• Interpret, administer, and negotiate labor contracts; prepare for union meetings.
• Assist in developing and monitoring performance improvement plans.
• Promote EAP utilization and support return-to-work programs.
• Review policies and training on harassment, violence, and labor laws.
