Job summary

Zeno Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Employee Engagement to strengthen internal communications and guide change initiatives. You will help craft content, manage programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance client objectives.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, requiring strong writing, project management and stakeholder collaboration to influence employee experience and organizational culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, corporate communications, public relations or related fields within an agency or similar environment.
• Experience supporting communications initiatives that drive employee engagement, organizational change or culture-building efforts.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with experience developing content for a variety of employee and leadership audiences.
• Familiarity with internal communications platforms and tools such as Firstup, SocialChorus, Qualtrics, Workplace, Yammer, SharePoint or similar technologies.
• Experience developing content for employee, leadership and stakeholder audiences including emails, newsletters, presentations, messaging frameworks and leadership communications.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of employee engagement and internal communications programs to inform, engage and inspire employees.
• Contribute to communications strategies and content that help employees understand, adopt and navigate organizational change initiatives.
• Draft and develop communications materials including messaging, emails, newsletters, presentations, scripts, leadership communications and other employee-facing content.
• Conduct communications research, monitor trends and help identify insights that inform strategies, content and program recommendations.
• Support day-to-day client work, manage project timelines and contribute to successful delivery of communications programs.
• Partner across teams and support junior colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
