Job summary

NFP, an Aon Company, is seeking a Consultant to join the National Employee Communications Practice. You will guide clients, Account Teams, and Practice colleagues with minimal supervision, delivering benefits and total rewards communications across multiple channels.

As a Consultant, you will manage an extensive client portfolio, lead planning discussions, and produce high-level communications such as emails, guides, digital content, and videos using LASSO methodology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, HR, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in employee communications, benefits communications, marketing communications, or related fields.
• Experience managing client relationships and providing strategic consulting.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and content development skills.
• Experience developing and accomplishing coordinated, multi-channel communication strategies.
• Capability to outline tasks, assess required effort, and coordinate project deadlines.
• Experience presenting to senior collaborators.

• Lead discovery, planning, and communication strategy discussions.
