Keystone is seeking a driven Senior Employee Benefits Producer to lead new business development and expand our employee benefits practice. This role focuses on building trusted advisor relationships with business owners and executives, leveraging carrier relationships, and driving meaningful growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License required; Property & Casualty License encouraged.
• Minimum of 3 years of employee benefits sales, business development, or producer experience
• Proven track record of developing and growing a profitable employee benefits book of business
• Strong knowledge of group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and related benefits
• Understanding of employee benefits trends and employer-sponsored healthcare solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a profitable employee benefits book of business
• Build relationships with business owners, executives, and key benefits decision-makers
• Consistently create new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building
• Leverage carrier relationships and internal expertise to deliver innovative benefits solutions
• Expand client relationships through cross-selling and strategic account growth
