Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Manage book of business and meet performance requirements.
• Deliver outstanding service, anticipate needs, and respond quickly.
• Lead account team with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators and monitor execution.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Oversee new business setup including data gathering and client file creation.
• Manage renewals, verify client data, liaise with clients and carriers.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
