Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee benefits or related insurance field
• Active licensing required
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making abilities
• High accuracy handling large work volumes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage book of business and meet performance requirements.
• Client Service: Deliver outstanding service and respond quickly to needs.
• Team Leadership: Lead Account Coordinators and drive productivity and quality.
• Daily Activities: Direct daily tasks, assign work, monitor execution.
• Business Growth: Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• New Business Setup: Manage data gathering and client file creation.
• Renewals: Manage renewals, verify data, liaise with clients and carriers.
• Client Relationships: Build and improve relationships and seek feedback.
• Intermediary Role: Advocate for clients and carriers.
• Value-Added Solutions: Implement value-added solutions for clients.
• Data Management: Compile and report client plan performance data.
• Carrier Relationships: Develop positive carrier relationships.
• Professional Development: Support training and positive work environment.
• Communication: Maintain transparent communication with Producers and team.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and industry standards.
• Champion IOA Values: Demonstrate integrity and leadership.
