Qualifications

• Lead emissions calibration for multiple programs delivering production-ready calibrations.
• Experience meeting LEV IV / Tier 4 / SULEV targets and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting EPA/CARB regulatory activities and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of emissions calibration engineers.
• Drive calibration development from concept through production launch.
• Collaborate with powertrain, engine calibration, aftertreatment, and validation teams.
• Develop emissions control strategies to meet regulatory targets (LEV IV, Tier 4).
• Mentor engineers, manage resources, budgets, and program deliverables.
• Lead continuous improvements in calibration tools and processes.
