Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in EMI/EMC hardware validation and integration testing.
• Familiar with hardware development life cycle, reliability, and compliance testing.
• Strong data parsing/visualization with Python and/or MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test strategy and plans for EMI/EMC tests.
• Conduct MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1275 style testing.
• Design and deploy test benches (Iron Bird/Copper Bird/Lab Car).
• Decompose vehicle-to-component test requirements.
• Analyze failures and drive corrective actions for reliability.
• Perform integration testing of subsystems and systems.
• Leverage data tools to reproduce and characterize failures.
• Support HALT/HASS environmental testing on PCBA/LRU levels.
• Develop harnesses and fixtures for EMI/EMC tests.
