Job summary

A leading aerospace communication firm in Westminster is seeking a Senior EMI/EMC Engineer I to ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards for phased array communication systems. The role includes developing control plans, conducting tests, and mentoring junior engineers. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics, at least 4 years' experience, and proficiency in electromagnetic simulation tools. The position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 to $160,500 a year with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in EMI/EMC engineering, preferably in aerospace.
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC standards such as MIL-STD-461 and DO-160.
• Ability to solve technical issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EMI/EMC control plans.
• Coordinate and conduct EMI/EMC testing for communication systems.
• Mentor junior engineers in EMI/EMC practices.
