Job summary

Control Associates in the NYC tri-state area seeks a Senior Level Measurement Solutions Technician with Emerson Rosemount experience to lead field calibrations and mentor technicians. This field-based role covers the tri-state region with heavy shutdown work and direct customer engagement.

You will serve as the primary technical expert for Emerson Rosemount instrumentation, supervise calibration projects, and collaborate with valve repair, I&C, and warehouse groups to deliver reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of field service in industrial instrumentation.
• Emerson Rosemount measurement experience required (pressure, temperature, flow, level).
• Supervisory or lead technician experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with calibration tools/software AMS and Procal.
• Experience with shutdown/outage calibration work and high-volume projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert for Emerson Rosemount instrumentation.
• Lead complex field calibrations, troubleshooting, device commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Manage high-volume calibration projects during shutdowns and outage seasons.
• Represent Control Associates professionally at customer sites in the tri-state area.
• Develop junior technicians and mentor the team to build a high-performing field service group.
• Build relationships with utilities and industrial operators; support MSOL business growth.
• Assist with time entry, expense reports, and thorough job documentation.
