The Measurement and Flow Technician role supports customers by installing, calibrating, and troubleshooting flow measurement instrumentation on-site, often traveling to customer sites to ensure reliable system performance. Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent field experience.
• 5+ years experience with Rosemount products is preferred.
• Familiarity with Rosemont and Micro Motion.
• Familiarity with Foxboro, Endress & Hauser, Yokogawa, and other instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in process control instrumentation and equipment startup with focus on flow measurement equipment.
• Verify, troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation and equipment communications.
• Inspect instrument wiring, power and grounding of installation.
• Set up instruments with Hart 475 field communicator.
• Work with onsite installation crew.
• Replace/install instrumentation and equipment.
• Troubleshoot failed instruments and equipment.
• Develop solutions to resolve instrumentation and equipment problems.
• Calibration of measurement and flow transmitters.
• Providing clear and effective documentation of services provided to customers.
