Job summary

GEI Consultants, Inc. in Sacramento seeks a Senior Project Analyst to lead emergency management planning, training, and multi‑agency coordination.

You will oversee EOP/EAP development, design and execute HSEEP exercises, and manage complex contracts with a focus on resilience and public safety. You will mentor staff, coordinate with engineers and dam safety specialists, and support client activations, including potential deployment in ICS roles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in water resources, emergency management, or related analytics.
• 10+ years in high‑level facilitation and curriculum development for public safety.
• 5+ years designing and facilitating emergency management exercises.
• Completion of ICS 100/120/130/200, IS 700, IS 800 training courses.

Responsibilities

• Lead Emergency Management Planning and review EOPs/EAPs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Direct HSEEP lifecycle and develop exercise playbooks, tools, and AARs.
• Manage complex emergency management and water resources contracts as PM/TO.
• Foster multi‑agency coordination and provide field support during activations.
