• Ten+ years of experience in HSEEP exercise design, development, conduct, and evaluation.
• Strong writing skills to develop polished exercise materials and post-exercise products.
• Ability to obtain CISA EOD and pass suitability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead exercise design and development for multiple concurrent exercises.
• Coordinate documentation, planning meetings, and notes with exercise stakeholders.
• Develop CONOPS, EXPLAN, SITMAN, MSEL, COSIN, evaluation forms, and related artifacts.
