The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Electromagnetic Compatibility Engineer/Scientist to support EMC design and analysis at unit and system levels through satellite program phases in El Segundo, CA. The role is 100% onsite and requires active TS/SCI clearance, with opportunities to shape EMC requirements and verification plans across multiple disciplines.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years in EMC/EMI testing, analysis or mitigation, and leadership experience in aerospace environments, plus
Qualifications
- Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance required; U.S. citizenship required.
- 8+ years of EMC/EMI testing, analysis or mitigation experience.
- 3+ years leading an aerospace EMC/EMI engineering team on multi-unit systems.
Responsabilités
- Trade EMI/EMC with survivability, cost, weight and risk to reach final designs.
- Derive EMC requirements and verification plans per MIL-STD-461.
- Write EMC test plans/procedures and oversee EMC testing; document results.
- Interface with program office and customers to communicate results.
