Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/CE or related field.
• 7+ years software dev experience; PhD with 4+ years acceptable.
• 3+ years embedded software development in industry settings.
• Experience in large-scale C/C++ code base.
• Experience defining and driving technical work streams and providing technical leadership for software engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software components across system layers (kernel, memory, security, I/O).
• Develop drivers and services for constrained environments with high data throughput.
• Lead hardware bring-up, peripheral drivers, silicon integration, power/performance optimization.
• Debug complex system-level issues spanning kernel to application.
• Profile and optimize performance across the software stack.
• Integrate components from multiple partner teams into a unified code base.
• Analyze, design, and debug firmware for devices including sensing/imaging and haptic systems.
• Collaborate on wireless stacks (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, Cellular, etc.).
• Support QA, manufacturing, and other software teams.
