Job summary

EPS Corporation seeks a Senior Systems Security Engineer to provide technical leadership in the design, development, integration, and lifecycle management of complex embedded systems for marine and aircraft platforms. The role focuses on applying advanced systems engineering to meet military environmental requirements and industry standards.

The candidate will lead cross‑functional teams, develop system requirements, and ensure robust, verifiable system solutions across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline as listed.
• CSEP certification is required.
• 8+ years of experience in applied systems engineering.
• 6+ years in embedded systems development using VME, CompactPCI, or PC-104.
• Experience applying marine and aircraft systems engineering principles for military environments.
• Experience with OMG modeling standards and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities across the full system lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture development, design, integration, verification, and validation.
• Develop and manage system requirements, interfaces, and technical baselines for complex embedded systems.
• Apply marine and aircraft systems engineering disciplines to system design and integration.
• Design, develop, and support embedded systems utilizing VME, CompactPCI, and PC-104 architectures.
• Ensure system designs meet applicable military environmental and performance requirements.
• Perform system modeling and analysis using OMG standards and tools.
• Support trade studies, risk assessments, and technical reviews to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and test engineering teams to ensure system compatibility and performance.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and cross‑functional teams.
• Support documentation development, including system specifications, interface control documents, and test plans.
