Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement to derive system requirements and ensure traceability.
• Define and decompose system requirements through lifecycle; manage verification and documentation.
• Oversee architecture, ICDs, and CONOPS; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead product qualification plans including bid strategies and resource estimation.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous process improvements.
