Job summary

Real, a global medical technology innovator, is seeking two Senior Systems Engineers to bridge hardware, firmware, software, and IC development from concept to commercialization. The role requires hands-on embedded work and system-level thinking across multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid California environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
• Experience with ARM/STM32 embedded development.
• Proven track record from concept to commercialization.
• Strong Python for automation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own system requirements, architecture, integration, verification, and validation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Bridge between ASIC/IC, Electrical, Firmware, Software, and Systems Engineering teams.
• Define system-level requirements and drive feature implementation across complex electronic products.
• Support ASIC and chip development, hardware bring-up, characterization, debugging, and feature validation.
• Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded architectures, algorithms, integration strategies, and testing.
• Perform system-level analysis, root cause investigations, and tradeoff evaluations.
• Support feasibility studies, prototype development, verification activities, and product launches.
• Participate in requirements management, design reviews, risk assessments, and technical decisions.
• Guide cross-functional teams through complex challenges and ensure project execution.
